OUR STORY
It started when our founders watched businesses across India struggling with WhatsApp at scale. D2C brands were drowning in customer queries. Kirana stores couldn't keep up. Real estate agents were losing leads at 2 AM. The pattern was clear — businesses wanted to be on WhatsApp, but they couldn't handle the volume.
We started as a small team building chatbots, but quickly realized India needed something fundamentally different. Simple keyword-based bots couldn't handle Hinglish. They couldn't understand context like 'Mera order kahan hai?' needed UPI integration. Off-the-shelf solutions were built for the West.
